Roadchat App (**"Company", "We", or “our”**) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your mobile device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your mobile device. Additionally, as you browse the App, we collect information about the individual pages or features of the App that you view, what apps or search terms referred you to the App, and information about how you interact with the App. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

Company and the App is based in the United States and, regardless of where you access the App, the information collected as part of that use will be transferred to and maintained on servers located in the United States. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
